I think that sometimes we get so hung up on expressing an opinion, that we forget who we should express the opinion too.

Well, you're welcome up here any time you want (not that I know if it would help things any). As to the rest of it...

I know that box. I've seen the inside of it and I wish I could offer something more helpful than getting through it is the only way through it. I'm pretty up front about the fact that I hate anything that can be called "a growth experience."

As to the crying, you could try the strategy I use... Watch something really sad on film, or listen to really sad music. There's something about the music, especially, that cues tears in your brain, which is sometimes all you need to get the waterfall going.
